In American Flag, Catania revisits the iconography of the American banner, layering it with personal and political meaning. The artwork, created using analog photography, urban materials, and collage, speaks to themes of identity, displacement, and hope—rendered with powerful visual immediacy.

With  VideoGame, presented at Volta Basel, the artist reimagines a retro arcade cabinet as a digital portal into his work. Merging gaming aesthetics with augmented content, the installation allows users to "play" their way through a curated selection of Catania’s artworks, offering an unexpected, participatory gallery experience.
