FREEDOM CAGE
USA, France and Japan are probably a free country but they hide personal gates, that’s why people are feeling wrong. By this point of reflection, the Author researches his sense of freedom through the bars. He feels like a bird in the cage, even if he is being out of the bounded space. While the photographer wants the shot coming up, the eye goes to what is safe and more interesting on the other side.
America, Francia e Giappone, paesi liberi in apparenza che celano recinzioni intimistiche che fanno sentire le persone "non adatte". Da questa semplice riflessione l’autore affronta la ricerca rapportandosi con una percezione ribaltata del suo senso di libertà rispetto alle aree recintate. La sensazione che vive è quella di sentirsi come un io “in gabbia” pur trovandosi all’esterno rispetto allo spazio delimitato dalla rete. La scelta dell’inquadratura che man mano si avvicina alla rete esprime l’attrazione da quello che sembra più sicuro o interessante dall’altra parte.
